The one with lots of numbers

Friday:
50 minutes of intervals on the elliptical
30 minutes of this circuit workout:
Workout #3 (Power workout!)
§   Gorilla squat jumps                                                                                                   15+ reps
§   Jumping jacks                                                                                                                15+ reps
§   Side leg lifts                                                                                                                    15+ reps each leg
§   Up-down planks                                                                                                           20 reps
§   Plank hops                                                                                                                                               15 reps
§   Pulsing crunches                                                                                                         20 reps
*repeat the whole cycle 4 times
I went through the circuit 4 times
Saturday:
3 = hours at the gym on Saturday morning
2 = number of classes I took
1 spin class
1 yoga class
45 minutes of weight training with this circuit workout:
Workout #4
§   Ball Chest Press                                                                                                                                    15+ reps
§   Ball Chest Fly’s                                                                                                                                      15+ reps
§   Ball superman’s                                                                                                                                    15+ reps
§   Torso Twists                                                                                                                                            20 reps
§   Plank Mogul                                                                                                                                            20 reps
*repeat the whole cycle 4 times

4 = number of times through the circuit
4 is also the number of water bottles I drank while at the gym
2 workout towels were used
Total calories I burned on Saturday = 1600
Total calories I consumed on Saturday = 2583
Sunday:
85 = minutes playing basketball in a gym with no air conditioning
1 knee that hurts as a result of playing basketball
640 = number of muscles that hurt after this weekend

Sounds like you had a busy workout weekend as usual! Hope your knee isn't hurting :( Did you ever look in to one of those knee bands??
